Let me guess, you got up this morning brushed your teeth, took a shower, got dressed, got in sedan and drove to work. Spoke casually to you co- worker, did your job and went home. The mundane and redundant. Did you in engage in any stimulating conversation or do your views and opinions remain unheard. How many of your post occupational conversation start with I should have or I would have said. I find it difficult to believe that with all of the different personalities there are so few who think that they have a voice . Your silence is deafening yet your voice is defining. A state of confusion in an institution or organization regarding its nature or direction, Identity Crisis. We have become silenced by political correctness, institutionalized; to the scared to step out on a limb and be an individual. I understand that it is easier to fade into the back ground and repeat the above routine day after day but when the routine is over you are reduced to a few pictures in your grand children's scrape book. If you are lucky. I not saying lead a mutiny against corporate America, im saying stand up and stand for something AND BE HEARD.
